1. Campaign organiser
The Maxi Zoo Acceptance Guarantee is organised by Maxi Zoo Ireland (parent company Fressnapf Tiernahrungs GmbH), Westpreußenstr. 32-38, 47809 Krefeld (hereinafter referred to as ‘Maxi Zoo’).

2. Duration of campaign
The Maxi Zoo Acceptance Guarantee campaign will begin on 1 January 2024.

3. Who is allowed to participate?
The campaign is open to all natural persons aged 18 or over who are resident in Ireland and who have purchased pet food in a Maxi Zoo store [1] in Ireland or online at maxizoo.ie. 

4. How does it work?
In the case of dry food, please return the original packaging containing at least 50% of the content (in weight) to your local Maxi Zoo store [1]. Products may only be returned to the store in which they were bought and the correct receipt must be presented. In the case of wet food, you only have to present the receipt. If you bought a wet food multipack, all unopened articles must be returned. If you bought the product in the maxizoo.ie online shop, please contact our online customer service.
The pet food must be returned within 30 days of purchase. The date on the receipt will apply here.
The store employee will check to see if the participation conditions apply. If they do, a Maxi Zoo employee will refund you the purchase price as reflected on your reciept. This is the price that was actually paid (less any discounts, etc.).

5. Who is not permitted to participate in the campaign?
Employees of Maxi Zoo or their families are not allowed to participate.
Maxi Zoo reserves the right to exclude participants from the campaign if there is evidence that false information was given, that attempts were made to manipulate the campaign or if there was any other breach of participation conditions.

6. Scope of campaign
The campaign will apply for all articles in the wet food and dry food product groups belonging to the following Maxi Zoo exclusive brands: REAL NATURE, SELECT GOLD, PREMIERE, SELECT GOLD MEDICA, NATURALLY GOOD

7. Early termination
Maxi Zoo reserves the right to change, interrupt or cancel the campaign with 30 days’ notice without having to cite reasons if the campaign cannot be carried out properly owing due to force majeure, technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons.

8. Final provisions
If any of the individual conditions of participation should be or become invalid, this will not affect the validity of the remaining conditions of participation. Invalid provisions will be replaced by a suitable regulation that most closely approximates the intent of the invalid provision.Maxi Zoo reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time. If these conditions are made available in any other language, the original English version will be considered the definitive version.
