Mice are among the smallest pets among small animals, but they make great demands on their habitats. They always live in groups in the great outdoors and therefore require at least one companion for their well-being. They spend their day looking for food, are curious, are true masters in climbing and are very agile. Their activity phases are regularly accompanied by a rest phase, in which they prefer a quiet, cosy place. The optimal mouse cage offers variety, a secure grill so that the animals cannot escape, and sufficient opportunities to keep them busy.
