To redeem a voucher
Our vouchers can be redeemed in the shopping basket.
- You can easily enter them using the “Add to shopping cart” button or enter the respective code manually in the “Redeem voucher” field provided. The value is immediately deducted.
- Some vouchers are only valid for certain products or categories of goods and are not valid for all items in the shopping cart. Decide for yourself which campaign suits you best! Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
Please note that vouchers cannot be entered subsequentely. If you have any questions about redeeming a voucher, please contact our customer service before placing your order.

Promotions for our customers
You can benefit from a variety of exciting promotions with us:
- We regularly offer you various voucher and product promotions, item promotions or even competitions. Some vouchers are therefore only valid for certain products or product categories and are not valid for all items in the shopping cart. Decide for yourself which promotion suits you best! Please note that only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
- Our new customer voucher is only valid for your first online order. To benefit from the voucher, you must sign up during your order. You cannot sign up later.

You can easily subscribe to the Maxi Zoo newsletter here.
- After signing up, you will receive an email with a confirmation link.
- Please click the confirmation link in the email, only then are you registered for the newsletter.
- After confirming the newsletter link, you will receive your welcome voucher*, which you can redeem at any time in our online store
- You can update the data in your personal newsletter profile at any time by clicking on the link “My preferences” at the bottom of the newsletter. For example, you can enter your interests so that you receive the most suitable offers or change your email address. If you would like to unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can do so via the link in your newsletter.
*You will receive the welcome voucher when you first register for our newsletter.
